Railview House is a residential project located in Bandung, Indonesia. Designed by Simpul Studio and built by Hemco, the house blends a contemporary tropical minimalist architectural approach with comfortable residential functionality, creating a calm yet assertive presence within an urban setting.
The façade features a harmonious composition of terracotta walls, exposed wood accents, and perforated brick screens that function as natural ventilation and daylight filters—an ideal solution for the tropical climate. The upper floor is designed as a cantilevered volume, enhanced by wooden ceiling details that enrich the building’s architectural character.
